Why Bilona Method?

The Bilona method produces ghee from cultured curd, not cream. This preserves A2 beta-casein protein, CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), omega-3 fatty acids, and fat-soluble vitamins that are lost in the industrial cream-based ghee process. It's why Bilona ghee looks lighter, tastes richer, and smells divine.
